By purchasing a Vetted service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.

Vetted provides personalised beauty guidance relating to skincare, makeup and beauty routines. All advice is based on professional experience and industry knowledge and is intended for informational and advisory purposes only.
Vetted does not provide medical, dermatological or clinical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

All product recommendations are provided in good faith. Clients are solely responsible for:
Patch testing products prior to use
Reviewing ingredient lists for allergies or sensitivities
Following manufacturer usage instructions
Vetted cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions, sensitivities or outcomes resulting from product use.

Due to individual skin types, sensitivities, lifestyle factors and external influences, Vetted does not guarantee specific results from any recommendation or routine.

Access is provided via WhatsApp or Email with responses within 24 hours, excluding UK public holidays.
Response times may occasionally vary due to illness, travel or exceptional circumstances, in which case clients will be notified.

Membership is billed monthly at £500 per month
A minimum 6-month commitment applies
Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced
Following the minimum term, cancellation requires 7 days’ written notice via Email.

Additional services outside the standard membership (including product ordering, beauty bag curation or in-person guidance) will be quoted separately and must be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

Client information may be shared via Email and WhatsApp. By joining Vetted, clients consent to communication through these platforms.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with Vetted’s Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Vetted operates independently. Product recommendations are made without obligation to brands or retailers and are based solely on professional judgement and client suitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vetted shall not be liable for any loss, damage or adverse outcome arising from the use of recommended products or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
